Multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses, so delivery times may vary.

We deliver purchased jewelry throughout Lithuania free of charge. Available delivery methods:
1. Pick up at Factory by Ribas stores. In Vilnius – Stiklių st. 9, in Kaunas and Klaipėda – PC “Akropolis”, in Palanga – Vytauto st. 98.
2. Delivery to Omniva, Venipak, and LP Express post offices.
3. Delivery by Venipak courier.
Delivery abroad is free of charge for orders over 800 €. FedEx / DHL courier is available. Additional charges such as customs duty and others are the buyer’s responsibility.

If the jewellery you have purchased does not fit or is not what you expected, you can return or exchange it. Returns and exchanges are limited to items purchased in the e-shop. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] or by phone at +370 601 71881, and we will arrange a smooth return or exchange process.
Guarantees

We can probably change the size if you purchased the wrong size ring. Our jeweller can adjust the size of some rings to suit your needs. This service is only available to free of charge for adjustments on new, never worn jewellery.

If the jewellery you have purchased is unsuitable, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in our online shop.

All products are guaranteed for up to 5 years. We ensure we use only naturally sourced diamonds from the Israeli Diamond Exchange to manufacture our jewellery.

To ensure that your jewellery always looks new, we will clean it for free in our showroom in just a few minutes. While we care for your jewellery, we invite you to enjoy a coffee or a drink.
