When purchasing multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses, so delivery times may vary.

We deliver your jewellery free of charge for orders over 300 € anywhere in Lithuania. Available delivery methods:

  1. Collection from Factory by Ribas stores. In Vilnius – Stiklių str. 9, in Kaunas and Klaipėda – PC “Akropolis”, in Palanga – Vytauto str. 98.
  2. Delivery to Omniva, Venipak, and LP Express post offices.
  3. Delivery by Venipak courier.

Delivery abroad is free of charge for orders over 800 €. FedEx or DHL courier is available. Additional charges such as customs duty and others are the buyer’s responsibility.

If the jewellery you have purchased does not fit or is not what you expected, you can return or exchange it. Returns and exchanges are limited to items purchased in the e-shop.
