Can I return or exchange an item?

Jewelry with diamonds or other gemstones (according to Lithuanian law) is generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable if purchased in physical stores.

However, when buying online, the rules are slightly different!

Items purchased online can be returned within 60 days

Changed your mind? No problem! You have 60 calendar days from the day you receive your item to return it.

Simply email us at [email protected] and attach your proof of purchase. We will send you a return form and arrange the most convenient way for you to send the item back.

How to return an item

You can return an item in three ways:

  • In our stores
    Visit us in Vilnius (Stiklių str. 9), Kaunas (Akropolis), Klaipėda (Akropolis), or Palanga (Vytauto str. 98), where our consultants will assist you in filling out the return information.
    Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the same account used for your order.

  • By courier within Lithuania
    We will arrange a courier to pick up your item, providing a shipping label. Simply pack the item and hand it to the courier.
    Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued via bank transfer.

  • Via parcel locker in Lithuania
    We will generate a return shipping label (LP Express or Omniva). You just need to place the item in the parcel locker.
    After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued via bank transfer.

  • Returning from abroad
    If you are returning items from another country, the buyer is responsible for arranging the return shipment.
    Please contact us at [email protected], and we will send you a return form and provide the shipping address for your return.

What items can be returned?

Items must be:

  • unworn and unused,

  • free from damage or signs of wear,

  • in their original packaging with all tags and quality certificates intact – they must not be cut or removed.

If an item has been used or damaged, a refund cannot be issued. In such cases, you will be able to collect the item back.

When will I receive my refund?

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, but only after:

  • we receive the item,

  • it has been inspected (if necessary, also at the Lithuanian Assay Office).

Important to know!

We’re happy to create jewelry just for you, but custom-made pieces cannot be returned – for example, if a ring or bracelet was resized or a piece was designed according to your personal preferences.

REPAIRS & CARE

String bracelet repairs

All our string bracelets come with a 2-year warranty. If your bracelet breaks within two years of purchase, we will repair it free of charge.
If more than 2 years have passed, the repair cost is €10.

Important: The warranty is valid only with a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
If you don’t have one, the repair will cost €10, regardless of the purchase date.

How to send your string bracelet for repair

You can choose the most convenient method for you:

– your full name,

Please note that shipping costs to Lithuania and back, as well as any customs duties for shipments from outside the EU, are the responsibility of the customer.

When having your string bracelet repaired, you can:

  • restring it on a different color cord,

  • add an extra diamond, heart, clover, star, or another symbol.
