  1. General Provisions
  • These rules shall regulate the procedure of purchase, use, duration and return of gift vouchers of Factory by Ribas. 
  • By purchasing a gift voucher (physical or electronic), the buyer shall agree to these rules and shall undertake to transfer them to a third party if the voucher is transferred.  
  1. Places to Purchase and Usea Gift Voucher 
  • Physical gift vouchers can be purchased at the following retail locations: 
  • Factory by Ribas, 9 Stiklių Street, Vilnius 
  • SHOPPING CENTRE AKROPOLIS, 49 Karaliaus Mindaugo Avenue, Kaunas 
  • SHOPPING CENTRE AKROPOLIS, 61 Taikos Avenue, Klaipėda 
  • Factory by Ribas, 98 Vytauto Street, Palanga  
  • You can purchase an electronic gift voucher only in the online shop: factorybyribas.com 
  • Physical or electronic gift vouchers can be used at the following retail locations: 
  • Factory by Ribas, 9 Stiklių Street, Vilnius 
  • SHOPPING CENTRE AKROPOLIS, 49 Karaliaus Mindaugo Avenue, Kaunas 
  • SHOPPING CENTRE AKROPOLIS, 61 Taikos Avenue, Klaipėda

– When paying with an electronic gift voucher in the online store of Factory by Ribas, the gift voucher number shall be entered; 

– When paying with a physical gift voucher in the online store of Factory by Ribas, the barcode of the fiscal receipt of the gift voucher shall be entered. 

  1. Durationof a Gift Voucher 
  • A physical or electronic gift voucher shall be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. A physical or electronic gift voucher shall be valid once. 
  • After a gift voucher expires, it shall be automatically blocked and the remaining money shall not be refunded. 
  1. Value and Terms of Useof a Gift Voucher 
  • The value of a gift voucher shall be equal to the specified amount and can be used to pay for services or items of Factory by Ribas. 
  • Gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift vouchers. 
  • If the value of the purchased services or items exceeds the nominal value of a voucher, the difference must be paid additionally using the selected payment method. If you choose an item for a lower amount, a new gift voucher (receipt) shall be generated for the remaining unused amount. 
  • If the fiscal receipt of a gift voucher is damaged, i.e. more than half of it is smudged, missing or otherwise damaged and the barcode is not clearly visible, such gift voucher cannot be used to pay for items. Such gift voucher cannot be exchanged and the money cannot be refunded. 
  • Discounts shall not apply to physical and electronic gift vouchers. 
  • When purchasing gift voucher(s), a VAT invoice shall not be issued. At the buyer’s request, a transfer and acceptance certificate shall be issued. 
  1. Transfer of a GiftVoucher 
  • The gift voucher can be transferred to another person without additional restrictions. The buyer shall be liable for transferring these rules to the new voucher holder. 
  • The voucher can be used by any person who presents the gift voucher and a purchase receipt with a barcode at Factory by Ribas locations where the voucher is accepted. 
  1. Security of a GiftVoucher and Liability 
  • From the moment of purchasing a voucher, the buyer or holder shall be liable for the security of the voucher. 
  • Factory by Ribas shall not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. Such vouchers shall not be replaced or refunded. 
  • Factory by Ribas shall not be liable for external technical or online disruptions if the voucher was purchased online and cannot be used due to external factors. 
  • It shall be strictly prohibited to forge, copy, reproduce, use or acquire a gift voucher in any illegal manner.
    Persons who use gift vouchers illegally may be subject to criminal prosecution. 
  1. Privacy and Processing of Personal Data
  • When purchasing a gift voucher, the buyer’s personal data shall be processed only for the purposes of purchasing and administering the voucher. Personal data shall not be transferred to third parties without the client’s consent, except in cases provided for by law. 
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • In case of disagreements regarding the use and return of a gift voucher or other rules related to a gift voucher, disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. 
  1. Amendments to the Rules
  • Factory by Ribas shall reserve the right to amend the Rules for Gift Vouchers without prior notice, by posting an announcement on its official website.
